Replica of a vessel (Huaco) ceramic black sculpture with pearl inlay depicting a mythological animal. His eye is represented by a turquoise stone inlay. This mythological creature is known as a lunar animal or feline rampant. It is a hybrid animal that represents the link between the different worlds, with fangs, a feline body, the face and ears of a fox, bird crests, and in some cases these animals can have extensions in the form of snakes.
