In the event that the delivery company fails to deliver the product to the address indicated by the user, they can return to that address one more time. After both attempts an email will be sent to the user indicating that it has not been possible to make the delivery. After this period, the user will not be able to claim the delivery of the product. In no case will a refund of money proceed.

In case the user wishes to make an exchange of the delivered product, it can be done within 15 days following the delivery of the product, provided that it has not been used, is in perfect condition, and is sealed in its original packaging. In case a product has manufacturer defects, understood as physical anomalies of the products that occur during the production phase by a non-compliance with the quality control processes, the user may make an exchange (subject to stock availability) for another product offered on the website or request a refund of money (based on the sale price paid), within 15 days after receiving the product.
