Ceramic Representation Sperm Whale

Replica of a sculptural ceramic vessel (Huaco) that represents a beheading mythological killer whale, a mythological animal of the Nasca culture that captures heads. Even in some of his representations these heads can be seen inside his body in a very stylized way. In this way the killer whale transports the offering heads to the depths of the inner and humid world, the world of the ancestors. This character can also be identified in one of the great geoglyphs of the Nazca Pampas. (UH)
